1:1 Teaching Assistant
£70-£80 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are experience supporting challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis.
Vision for Education is looking to appoint an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply team and working a variety of friendly local Primary Schools in Boston from September 2022 ongoing.
Starting in the new academic year, the successful candidate must be willing to work full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm. Working closely with the class teacher this individual must be confident and competent in their abilities to support both the behavioural and academic needs of the child. Previous experience supporting pupils is essential. This post would suit a patient, caring and calm individual with a passion for supporting young children.

To be considered for the role of 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will:
Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment.
Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
Have experience in delivering 1:1 support and small group support.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
Have strong behaviour management skills and experience.
