Hours: 40 hours/week (Full Time)
Salary: £23,816 - £26,520 + Plus £500 signing bonus (T&C's apply)
Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3+ childcare qualification

Our Nursery in West Ealing has fantastic resources, large and wonderful gardens and fabulous staff that ensure children flourish and leave fully prepared for their adventure ahead.
Capacity: 30 place Nursery (3 months to 4 years)
Rooms: 1 x Baby Room, 1 x Toddler/Pre-school Room
Opening Times: 7.30am-6.00pm
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to work under the direction of our nursery manager (and deputise where necessary) to lead and inspire our team. Ensuring that all rooms provide safe, high quality education and care for young children.

Level 3 early year s education and childcare qualification or equivalent and a commitment /willingness to obtain a higher qualification.
Previous experience of working with young children and leadership.
Sound knowledge of child development for children from birth to five years.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Sound knowledge of child protection procedures and protocol.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
An understanding of play based approaches to children s learning and development.
Commitment to equal opportunities.
Commitment to working effectively with young children and families.
Friendly and flexible approach at work, which facilitates the development of effective relationships.
Knowledge of the Curiosity Approach and implementation within a nursery setting
Willingness to undertake further training.
Current First Aid at Work qualification.
Current Food Hygiene certificate.
Previous experience of supervising staff and leading the room.
