Early Years Practitioner - Lead
Small early years setting looking for a Level 3 or above qualified practitioner with some experience of team leading.
Your role will be to implement the delivery of the Early Years Curriculum to ensure that all children reach their full potential. Organising and overseeing the planning, implementation and provision of activities. Carrying out observations and evaluations, and providing next steps to support children's development. You will have experience of working with the under 3's.
You will be confident and build relationships with children and families to promote children's learning, development and well being. You will be responsible for supervising and nurturing level 2 practitioners, apprentices and students.
Location: Earlsfield - London
Salary: 40 hours - £26,000
Contract: Permanent
