Sydenham High School is seeking to appoint an Examinations/Attendance & Cover Officer to ensure the smooth running of all internal and public examinations in line with the statutory requirements for public examinations.

The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support to teaching staff and will effectively manage the day to day cover in school and supply staff as required.

This role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, term time with additional days being worked in the summer holidays.

It is essential that the post holder is available to work as and when needed for examinations purposes, especially during the month of August (from A level results until the end of August), in order to process examination results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills are equally important.
