The role -
We're looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Exclusion Centre Manager in a dynamic secondary school in the Oldham area to start ASAP on a full time basis to cover a member of staff who is currently on maternity leave. If you are enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about the welfare and education of young people individual then we want to hear from you now! The successful candidate will co-ordinate and manage the short term placement of students into the exclusion centre and proactively work with students placed in the centre, to encourage them to make positive choices with regards to their future behaviour.
To be considered for the position, you will:
• Have recent experience of working with pupils within a school environment
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers who put children at the heart of everything they do
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
• Have very high expectations of students and staff alike.
