Early Years Teaching Assistant
Teaching Personnel are currently representing a pre-school in the South Sheffield area that is in search for an Early Years (Nursery) Teaching Assistant who is able to commit to a full-time role commencing in September.
The 'Outstanding' school are looking for someone to start in September.
Pay: £70-80 per day
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of NVQ L2 or equivalent
- Recent experience in a Nursery/ Early years setting
- Understanding of child development and a commitment to securing the progress of all learners
- Knowledge of play-led learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising children as they play
- Designing and organising engaging activities for children
- Monitoring and assessing progression
- Maintaining an inclusive classroom environment
- Working in alignment with the schools safeguarding and disciplinary procedures
