Your new role
This position is a permanent role starting in September.
The role will be 3 days a week supporting other support staff in the class and the teacher within the Early Years and foundation classes. With some SEN in the classroom, you will be required to adapt some learning requirements. Your new role will be payrolled through Hays for the duration of the contract, with an ASAP start date.
You will be expected to take on additional duties as a cover supervisor and HLTA.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Hays Education Learning Support Assistant it is essential you have:
* Experience working with Early Years children
* A valid DBS, or consent to put one into process
* Providing support and motivation to children
* A passion for working with Early Years and Foundation aged children
