Our client Is looking to recruit for a Fabrication and Welding Trainer / Assessor in the Walsall region on a full time basis.
We are looking for someone who can deliver quality training provision for our welding qualifications. It is essential that you demonstrate occupational experience as a MIG/TIG/MMA welder and hold the necessary welding qualifications.
A teaching qualification would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided in conjunction with the department for education. We will provide you with the necessary support and training you need to become an outstanding learning and development tutor and gain a level 5 qualification in Education and Training.
Essential role requirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience as a MIG/TIG/MMA welder
Level 3 minimum - fabrication and welding qualification with MIG/TIG/MMA
A good level of maths and English
Full license and car user
Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restrictions
Ideally have worked with apprentices and younger learners

In return you will receive a salary package of £25,000 - £27,000 DOE.
