  • Passionate and experienced team - we're very passionate about our mission and strive for smooth and efficient operations.

  • Strong network - we're well connected with nursery experts and academics and we will encourage you to go visit leading nurseries in the Nordic countries, speak at conferences and share your story.

  • Continuously find innovative solutions to improve the nursery

Who are you?

  • Passionate about outdoor education (Forest School Qualifications ideal - if none we'll help you get them!)

  • Confident in dealing with health & safety and safeguarding of children

  • Well versed in all things EYFS

  • Knowledge and understanding of learning methodologies and pedagogy

Further Information

  • Nursery hours are 7:45 - 17:45 & nursery working times 7:30 - 18:00 (flexibile work pattern)

  • Days begin and end indoors

Competitive Package

You will be given a competitive salary and further individual and team bonuses based on achieved success. Along with plenty of ownership you'll receive: 28 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays) and be given plenty of further professional development experiences and opportunities. You'll of course get some great Outdoor Owls wearables!
