A nursery in central Doncaster is looking for a full-time Nursery Nurse
A well-known nursery that has been providing independent day care cover to young children with varied backgrounds and needs. Providing childcare and education for children aged between six weeks and eight years, there is an onsite Audiologist, a Speech and Language Specialist and a School Nurse. Close to the town centre, the nursery is equipped to a very high standard with a large outside area and their own car park and drop-off area. They are proud to have an up-to-date sensory room that enables the development of communication and discovery skills. They are members of the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) where they hold a platinum Quality Accounts and Millie's Mark Award and are graded as being outstanding by Ofsted
You will be providing ongoing care for children up to eight years in age. You will assist in many aspects of their lives with educational, social, emotional and practice guidance. This is an extremely well-appointed nursery and you will ensure that it remains a friendly, clean child-friendly environment whilst supervising activities such as crafts, cooking, reading, outdoor activities and generally messy play!
In order to be suitable for this position you will:
·Hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
·Have experience working in a nursery setting.
·Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Years (EYFS) environment.
·Be friendly, caring and have a great sense of fun.
·Respect that each child is an individual and assist in the creation of a safe, lively, nurturing environment in which they can achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
