Nursery Practitioner: The Role
We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our nurseries in the Bromley area. This nursery are seeking a confident and hard-working nursery practitioner to join their supportive team. Day to day activities vary, from feeding and engaging in nursery classes to basic cleaning and spending time outside. Both full time and part time positions are available and the nursery are interested in welcoming a range of qualification levels, including general nursery assistants and Level 2/3 qualified practitioners.
Nursery Practitioner: The Ideal Candidate
We are looking to work with individuals who have a genuine passion for working with children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating a fun, stimulating and safe environment for children. An understanding of safeguarding is very important in order to be considered a suitable candidate for this role. Qualifications in Early Years development are desirable however, we are also looking to work with individuals who have experience caring for and interacting with children and would like to apply these skills to a professional workplace.
Nursery Practitioner: Candidate Requirements
All applicants must either have a valid Enhanced DBS check, registered with the DBS Update Service or, be willing to apply for a new one immediately upon shortlisting for this role. At Link Education we expect all of our staff to be professional, reliable and punctual when we place them in our client nurseries. If you are looking to apply as a qualified member of staff, we will need to see a copy of your qualification / certificate. This role requires childcare experience in the UK and a confident understanding of safeguarding and the importance of safe practice in an environment with children.
