Nursery Practitioner - York

Salary: £7.00 - £9.00 per hour

24 - 38 hours per week

The Company:

Our well-established client is situated in York, and is designed specifically to the children's needs, including direct access to the outdoors from every room.

The Role:

They are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner with passion for seeing children flourish and thrive to join their fun & friendly nursery. They are seeking the services of both experienced part time/full time Nursery Practitioners to work with the children. A level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare is highly desirable, but not completely essential for the right person.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To ensure high-quality care and support for children
  • Health & safety
  • Planning, observing and assessing children in your care
  • Record keeping
  • Assisting with meal / snack times
  • Interacting with parents and updating them on child's progress

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification is desired
  • Minimum 3 years of childcare experience is preferred
