I am looking for a Room Leader to join one of my lovely client nurseries in Stoke Newington.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a qualified nursery practitioner looking for the next step in your career.
The nursery have a warm and friendly working environment where the wellbeing of the team is a priority. The staff at this nursery support one another on the job and also enjoy social events and outings.
The nursery is within walking distance of two over ground stations.
Level 3 in Child Care, NNEB (or equivalent). Level 2 will be considered if the candidate has the appropriate experiences.
An Enhanced DBS subscribed to the Update Service or a willingness to undertake one
At least 6 months UK experience working within Nurseries or Children's Centre settings
Some experience of leading staff in an Early Years Setting
Be hard working with a passion for Early Years Education
Be able to build strong relationships with children, colleagues and parents
Have sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and safeguarding
Ability to promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Be a role model for positive behaviour
Plan and provide engaging activities that children are inspired by
