Primary Teacher (KS1- KS2) - RedBridge - East London

GSL Education is seeking to appoint an experienced KS1 - KS2 teacher who is passionate about children's learning, in particular mathematics & English, and who has a proven record of excellent primary classroom practice. The successful candidate will be able to lead, motivate and inspire and have aspirational expectations of both themselves and children which result in high standards. Enthusiasm and a positive can-do approach is essential as is the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Although this post will initially be based in Key Stage 1 & 2, the ability and flexibility to teach and lead a different phase is essential.
The school is in a vibrant part of Red Bridge. The children in the school discover and develop their strengths from the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum, that provides a variety of opportunities for daily successes.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate he/she:
A qualified and experienced Teacher, able to teach a range of subjects at KS1 to KS2
Is an outstanding, inclusive teacher who keeps our children at the heart of everything.
Is enthusiastic, passionate, innovative and hard working in ensuring that all pupils strive for and achieve personal and academic excellence.
Has a good understanding of how data is used for school improvement?
Has excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Is able to work with children across the Primary Age range.
Can work effectively with the Headteacher and Leadership Team to achieve excellence.
Has experience of leading and developing a whole school initiative.
Has a passion for mathematics and English can inspire other staff in developing the quality of teaching and learning.
Is able to support & develop existing links between the school, governors, parents, and the wider community.
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
