Learning Support Assistant
£69-£75 per day
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Learning Support Assistants to assist 1-1 and in small groups with students in a school n Lichfield
Working 1-1 and in small groups with students with learning difficulties.
General support in the classroom alongside the teacher, providing a tailored learning environment.
Long term and shorter term roles, available with flexible hours and work pattern to suit your commitments starting in September 2022.

To be considered for the SEND Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND, this is not essential but desirable
Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build a rapport with students and staff alike
Be able to successfully work as part of a team and be confident to work independently and deal with occasional behavioural challenges.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is recent experience working within an SEND environment.
