We have ongoing demand across the Year groups from Early Years up to Year 6 with varied level of experience required. We're just as happy to receive applications from future TA's who have worked on a voluntary basis in a Primary School setting, as Level 2 or 3 qualified TA's, but what we do expect is your passion and commitment to help the children achieve their goals and to learn in a safe an inspiring environment.
The duties of a TA includes,
Preparing the classroom for the days lessons & then restoring the room afterwards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
working closely with the Teacher to prepare lessons and to create and prepare the resources required
Monitoring the work of each child and reportin back their progress to the Teacher
Support the children throughout the school days, helping them to progress and develop.
Supporting the Teacher with behaviour management.
Working with the children in intervention groups to help them achieve expected levels and beyond.
Involvement in school visits and sporting events.
