ABC Teachers are actively recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in our partnership schools based across Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. These schools are seeking to appoint reliable, hard-working and passionate classroom assistants to start immediately.
We have a number of full time roles available varying from 1:1 SEN TA to general classroom assistant to start in September 2022.

Support the class teacher wherever possible
Have the ability to organise and prioritise own workload whilst working alone or as part of a team
Have a dynamic personality with the ability to demonstrate drive, passion and enthusiasm
To be considered for this position, you will:
Have experience with primary age children in a school environment
Ideally have a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning but this is not compulsory if you have relevant experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant
Be able to provide reference details to cover the last 2 years as well as having a DBS registered with the update service or be willing for us to process a new one
Have a current DBS on the update service, or be willing to complete a new one
Have an ability to meet the pupil s individual needs in a busy classroom environment
Have a positive approach to working with pupils, demonstrating a can-do attitude

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are to provide 2 educational references in the last 2 years and have a minimum level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
