A Pre School based in Hertfordshire is looking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant to join their team.
This is a PERMANENT TERM TIME vacancy and you will need to be able to commit to working Monday - Friday 8.15am - 3.15pm with 30mins lunch break
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude towards working with children and work well in a team.
If you are successful you will be required to carry out the following duties:
Ensuring policies & procedures are followed
Responsible for care of childre
Working in a team to ensure smooth running of the Nursery
Ensuring the premises are safe, clean and tidy complying at all times with the nursery requirements.
Provide a safe, secure, stimulating environment for the children
Acting in a professional manner at all times when dealing with children, staff , parents & visitors
Observe and plan for key children children

Relevant childcare qualification to level 3 or abover
At least 2 years' experience working as a key worker
Understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding & First aid
Aware of Ofsted requirements
Up to date DBS (if not, be willing to get a new one)
Excellent communication skills
Salary starting at £10.50-£11 per hour
Start - September 2022
